i have bought f&d speakerphone model no. 300u & i have ordered it on 18th sep and it reached to me after long time on 26th September, and after that i opened the product the product was not working,no bass and only two speakers are working among 5,after complaint they said to give this product to the courier person who comes to me but he didn’t after that i called more than 50 times n they said to return by sending by any courier(by paying my money) i have sent them on nov 1st till today bluedart service has telling that they are not accepting the product( i have waiting for money for 3 months ) i have begged then like anything but they are not responding

i want my money asap because im in financial problem and i want the interest of that money till date they are making fun on me while speaking with them that make me cry and i wanna ask u to take severe action on snapdeal
