We purchased four item from snapdeal as per order number-3020864383 dated 05.10.2014. item details ar as under: 1. butterflies bns0298 red stylish shoulder bag 2. panasonic er-gn30-k trimmer black 3. butterflies pink shoulder bag 4. 3g egyptian digital printed clutch we returned first three items as quality was not not good, as a part of refund we have not received the refund of item number-3, we contacted snapdeal various times but they said that it is under process, since more than one month is over, but money not refunded
