i want to take my money back from snapdeal for my Bajaj 2 Burner CGX-SS Glass Gas Cooktop taht is 2716 rupees i replace this product becoz it not that product which i want but snapdeal not refund my money and they taken product also, i return product on 31st December but till now they not return money they always say that we will refund money but till now i do not bate my money

i want my money back plz help me i have pressure from my family my mother is angry on me so, please resolve my problem
