Hi Team, I had placed one order on 22nd of June with order id : 2306366251 and Item Whirlpool 190 Ltr 5 Star Single Door 205 ICEMAGIC PREMIER 5S Refrigerator Grey Titanium and when I placed this order I had a confirmation message from snapdeal that it will be shiped by on or before 25th of June but still I have not received any confirmation about the shipment and when I had spoken with customer care representative they replied me very rude and arrogant language even I had already confirmed snapdeal care executive that I will be out of station after 26th . So if you will be delivered my order before 2:PM by 26th June then it would be grat pleasure for me but they guys not fulfilled his promise and now they are sending message that it will be shiped 30th June 14. So please look into this matter and ask Snapdeal team why they have made a wrong commitment if they can’t fulfil.
If they guys had not product availability in his warehouse then how come they promised it will ship on or before 25th June . I only want my product which I had bought from Snapdeal within 1 or 2 business days and if they will fail to deliver then want return my money with compensation.
