I have ordered one puch for my ipad,since it is not fitting to my device I had sent them back.My order number is 1196971687. BUt They are not refunding my product charges.It has been almost 4months that I have sent back the product , but they are not refunding my amount.This is my complaint number 3929131-snapdeal. From 4months iam calling them..but no response or not processing my amount.When ever I call them,they say that we would be processing and eery one says we have escalated the issue.but more 120 days it has been and no status. i have shared my mails and back account details many times but still they are not refunding the amount.and also shared bank statement details with them showing as proof that I have not received any amount.but still the problem remains same.

I want them to refund my amount of 675 and Phone bill of 250 rs. They donot even have toll free number. They shouldnt repeat this kind of treatment with others. I want you to look into this matter and please provide me with some resolution.
