SnapDeal Refund Not Received

After filing a complain on NCH, I got reply from Snapdeal is as This is regarding order no 4273976388. earlier I have already lodged complain with Docket No. : 553708013615,553708338215. I got reply from snap deal . Case Remark : Dear Vikesh, We would like to know the mode of payment through which you had placed your order. If ordered through credit card then your refund would be reflecting around 1st week of march and if you had ordered via debit card then it should had been reflected by now. Whatever be the case just let us know your payment mode and we will be happy to assist you. Regards, Snapdeal. reply by me- Now your irresponsible behavior towards costumer is that you can know by yourself what mode of payment had been used by me. Now I am tired from this . Snapdeal caused me mental and physical damage. Overall I complained around 100 times to Snapdeal and they just replying that we are working on it . Now I am asking How much time will they take to resolve the case , one or two year. two months have been over since I raised the issues. The frustrating thing is that On Snapdeal account it is showing the amount has been refunded which reflects how they cheat costumer.

I need 5000 rupees for such type of cheating. and need strong action against Snapdeal.
