I had purchased Your Order No. : 3442394094 Order Placed On : 2014-11-04 19:48:40 I had given cancellation request on 08th Nov 2014 due to my personal reason. the cancellation request was done with Request #11566548: Snapdeal This request has been given 18 days before, but still there is no update for the same. First for the Nikon camera delivery was approached to me on 11th Nov 2014, i had asked courier company to RTO ( Return the product). But, When i asked the courier company for the status of the product , it has been claimed by snapdeal to RTO on 17th Nov only. For second product, there was call on 17th Nov from snapdeal saying the second order was cancelled due to my request. I had sent three mails to help@snapdeal.com and i called snapdeal nearly 10 times for the call back, but there is no update from the vendor, And i had registered a Ticket 11566548:, which the assured it will be resolved with 48 hours. My Complaint agains snapdeal, as per the return policy, the snapdeal agreed to refund the money with 10 days altogether. there is no update from snapdeal for 18 days, hence i am approaching consumer forum., Please get back the money and register compliant against snapdeal, they are not following the norms for the return policy.
i need relief for the equal interest rate, which the have delayed the date, which the have committed and they have pay me as mental pressure, which i have gone through the phase.
