I have received my ordered item on 3rd March. I raised a return & refund request on 4th march after finding the delivered item is faulty. Primary camera is having some issue. I keep on calling snapdeal customer care since 4th march but my issue has not been resolved. Whenever i call them they say i have to wait for 48 hours.Today is 5th day after raising a complaint But nothing happened. When i called customer care number on yesterday they assured me that they will send the technician to my home by today . But i haven’t received any information. & Today one of the snapdeal executive saying it would again take 48 hours. I really fed up by keep on calling the customer care number. Wasting of my time & money.
I have ordered the item through online only to save my time. But my time is wasted by keep on calling the customer care but nothing has been resolved. I am very frustrated. My money & time wasted by calling them.
