Hi team, I ordered Puma shoes from snapdeal size was tighter so i replaced them , amount was transferred as SD Cash . they keep insisting to buy something from their website. I wanted money to be refunded in my bank account but they have not refunded money even after asking my bank account details.
I have called them numerous time and almost wasted 200 rs calling them , they are just keeping me in loop and not transferring my amount.
