Product for my Order No. 1989307058 (Placed On 22-Apr-2014 for Morphy Richard Oven MBG20) which was delivered on 28-Apr-2014 with damage. On 29-Apr-2014 regarding the damaged item was reported to Snapdeal customer care and on 2-May-2014 they initiated for reverse pick-up (Ticket ID 6288165) and according to this their courier partner (Delhivery) will pick up the item in the next 2-3 business days. But until now pick-up did not happen. On each follow-up with Snapdeal customer care they promised the pick-up will happen shortly and final promise was by 12-May-2014. Still no response, and given reverse pick-up code is not valid. While enquiring about cancelling the order now and refund of the amount, Snapdeal conveyed this can happen only once item reach back them.
Immediate pick-up of damaged item should happen and Snapdeal should return the amount I paid for this order along with interest till refund happens or equivalent compensation.
