I ordered a Mobile phone from SNAPDEAL.com on 17th of October order ID: 3229142820. for which the expected Delivery Date was 27th of October, i received a mail from Snapdeal on 17th Itself stating that my product is shipped. Its 2nd November today and i still haven’t received my phone, have contacted Snapdeal on 28th, they did nothing but gave me a Complaint Number – 11085840. Also contacted the Courier service Ecom Express on their customer care no. they gave me a number of their Jaipur Rep (Sanjay Yadav- 9351727xxx). have been trying to contact Sanjay since 2 days, reached him once, but all he says is that the systems are not working so cant help. If there was a delay in shipment, there should have been a proper communication from Snapdeal and also from the Courier Service which was never done. This is really not acceptable. Kindly bring this to notice and do the needful. Thanking in Anticipation.
needed the product urgently, there has been no communication and also there is no one to answer the reason for the delay either from Snapdeal or from the courier service.
