order number 2392226251 PICKUP RECEIPT | 128614408143 / Snapdeal RL (7838261) When i received my item then see that micro max unit2 phone not to work properly. When i insert memory card then not show. There after i complain in snap deal customer care and they pick up this item but after pick up they not exchange my item after cross the eight days of pick up date. They send a email that refund your money but i can not refund my money because this product is available in snap deal site. I want to good mobile that function work properly and not any disturb because harassment is not the best policy . Solve my problem as early as possible.
