I ordered a spy pen from online shopping i.e. snapdeal but after getting delivery of the product. The product is not working since then and they did not even delivered the additional accessories free with that product.Just after checking the product when got to know that product not working then and there only i called the snapdeal customer service but they assured me that they will take the defected product back and will refund the amount paid on delivery. Since a month am trying and requesting them to sort out my issues but they are doing nothing regarding my matter to sort out.

I want my money back or the delivery of good /working product along with all accessories.
