Snapdeal Customer Support Case # 00522464: RECIEVED WRONG ITEM:Order Id:5919040481 I placed an order on 21/04/2015 for Soundmagic es18 headphone and paid the amount of INR 575 through online payment itself.Then when i recieved the product on 29/04/15 it was a faulty duplicate Sony headphones inside the box,even the bill and the details on the box were verified as soundmagic es18 headphone.This is the Third time Snapdeal is doing this to me

I want an original product to be replaced which i ordered free of cost along with the any compensation for the time and transaction losses on my part.
