I purchased an external hard disk Sony 1 TB HD-E1/BC IN (BLACK) UCV0A1K38012794 from snapdeal.com on 29 sep 2013.Total value of product was Rs 5322,i cash i had to pay was Rs 4695.Initially product worked fine later it had conectivity issues but some how it worked by restarting computer.one day the product completely stopped working.I RETURNED THE PRODUCT TO MADONNA SERVICE CENTRE AN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE OF SONY PLAMOODU THIRUVANANTHAPURAM. on 26 nov 2013,after a week i got call from service center that warranty cant be claimed connector is broken that don’t comes under warranty…yesterday i.e 16/12/2013 i went to service centre and collected the product back without repairing, service people saying connector is broken so no warranty cant be claimed,now i hav no replacement product, neither the product is repaired.

Product still look brand new with no scratches on it.My claim is that if the connector is broken its not due to my usage its already broken,it was a defective product that was handled over to me somehow it lasted 2 months, i hardly used the product.its just 2 months of usage,a company which claim 3 years warranty for the product couldnt give me 2 month warranty.
