SnapDeal Unilateral Cancellation of Order

I placed an order of some clothing items with order ID: 3920239158 on 10th/Dec/2014 on Snapdeal. I have applied the discount code and was getting good value of the products. Today after a week, I received an email that due to delay we are not able to deliver the products and we are cancelling the order. I called customer care and even after talking for 20 mins, I haven’t received any positive response. The customer care executive said that the vendor cancelled the order due to discounted price, I am also a seller with e-commerce websites and we as vendors receive full amount of the products, when I quoted this, then the executive said, “Sir, actually the products are out of stock with that vendor”, I again said that it is your responsibility to complete the order, I even said, I am ok with the delay, even the delay of two weeks is fine but atlas deliver the order. Then he said, Sir we’ll not be able to complete the order. I asked for compensation and requested to please place a new order for the same as the products are not out of stock on website, the he said, sorry sir, about that you can talk to my supervisor. The he disconnected the call after a hold of 7-8 minutes. Fraud company “Snapdeal”, when can’t complete the orders, then what is the use of displaying discounted items on their website. It is my advice to not buy from Snapdeal because of wrong business ethics and fraudulent claims. Flipkart, Amazon, Jabong, Myntra and many online store atleast adhere to the commitment. Even, I am requesting that you can deliver the order even after 2~3 weeks still they are denying that we can’t give you that low prices. I mean, if not then why reducing the price automatically while checkout.

Same order at same price or thrice the price in the form of cash credit as compensation for the harassment and misguiding.
