SnapDeal – Used product sent, reverse pickup not done

I had ordered for a DKNY Women Watch from Snapdeal.com on 27 April 2014, Order No. 2012755784; the product was shipped on 1st May 2014. However, the watch I received was scratched and the polish was worn out, the seller had sent a used watch. People at snapdeal acknowledged the same and a reverse pick-up was scheduled to pick-up the watch on or before 6th May 2014. However, the same didn’t happen, and after repeated calls at Snapdeal Customer Care and numerous mails being sent to the Online Portal, no resolution has been provided; neither have they picked up the product from my address. I am still waiting for some these guys to arrange for a pick-up but it seems that the Portal is out there to loiter around with its customers and loot them off their hard-earned money.

I want a replacement of the product or full refund of my money.
