SnapDeal – Vega helmet reflection on Face Shield

I have purchased a Vega helmet from Snapdeal, which was delivered on 14th April 2014. There was a reflection on Face Shield of the helmet which was causing problem while riding the bike. I have requested SnapDeal on 15th April for reverse pick up of the product and return of my money via call centre service. They have responded to resolve the issue within 48 hrs, which didn’t happen. Further I have lodged a complain on their website on 17th April 2014, which they have responded by telling that issue will be resolved within 48 hrs. After that I have send 4 E Mails and Called them more than 10 times and every time I got a assurance to resolve the issue within 48 hrs. As of today, it has been 28 days since the 1st communication with SnapDeal, I have received only 1 call from SnapDeal and few E Mails which they have never provided any concrete solution to resolve the issue.

I want speedy solution of my case and compensation for my monetary losses. I also want written apology from SnapDeal for the harassment of calling them continuously and reminding them of their responsibility of taking back the product and refund of money.
