i order for google nexus phone in black but they deliver it in red colour.. now when i want my phone to be replaced they are not replacing it. there is no positive feedback from them. everytime i call they have different answer. i work with ministry of defence and dont have much time to call them every single day. for the first time purchased such a costly phone now they are doing this. please help me to resolve the issue. i want my money back asap..it costed me 31500.

i want my cash back.. n compensation for the mental stress i have been going through for the past days because of them. they themselves promised 500 cash back but now refusing for that also.
