Approximately on 25th of September i purchased a Combo of Boots and Loafer from Snapdael.I ordered both to be of size 10 but For once they delivered me the Wrong product in which loafer size was 6 and boots was of size 10. Boots were Proper But Loafer were Wrong Sized as i requested for size 10 For Both. Then they all Said me for the refund of the same. to which i clearly replied that i do not want the refund of the same i need my product to be delivered correctly of size 10. they all took some time and my package was again delivered to me.. But team the product was again wrong delivered.. This Time they did the mistake vice versa. Boots are Delivered of size 6 and loafers are of size 10 but pair is of single foot..Now when i give them the call it seems they have arranged a pick up for me but the pick has not yet been done from past one week.. Is this the way to help customers… I am totally pissed off with there service.
Look i am very particular about it.. I would really appreciate if i get a proper payback of Rs.1499 as soon as possible. or else within a week i need a pick up of loafers from my place and a drop of correct loafer of both the foot at my address. within a week. kindly take strict actions against the snapdeal team. My boss Mr. Saurabh Agrawal has raised a paid service complaint regarding this snapdeal.. The Complaint No is 117892.3.2014 at 11/1/2014 12:59:58 PM. So u can realize how fool this site is..
