In addition to the complaint no: 119731.2.2014 “I have purchased two orders (3023535987,3023929929) from snpdeal.com, as they have advertised on the first page of the national newspaper about their DIWALI SALE on many items and no where they have mentioned in the advertisements that they are going to sell old products in that sale. Therefore I purchased products from their website on good discount, even those products which I would not have purchased otherwise. When I received those products, in separate orders I found that one of them was a wrong product and one of them was a used product. I emailed them specifying clearly that I would want a replacement and NOT the cash back on any of the items. This was told for both the products as I would never get such discount on the same and I cannot afford to buy a new product without sale. I bought it only because of their advertisement at the first place. After a lot of time, a lot many emails to them regarding the same, a lot many calls to them, in which I have spent money as their customer care was not free, and after a lot of mental harassment they have replaced one of the products and the other product was cancelled, citing unavailability. The product they send was again faulty and a used product. I again emailed them, called them and specifically told them I don`t want a cash back instead I want a fresh working item which I have ordered only due to their advertisement and sale offered. Now finally they have cancelled both my orders after they have received the item back thereby leaving with me no choice but to complaint to you. There are many complaints which I have also done to them : (10738465 , 11445575 , 11450282 , 11450969 , 11244090. , 10738465 , 10966503……. and more)” I have found that they have started selling fresh pieces those products which they have cancelled for me, citing unavailability, as I have purchased during their DIWALI DISCOUNT. They are now selling it on higher prices, it means they are lying on unavailability thing. They have not fulfilled their previous commitment of providing me the fresh working piece for the replacement order. Instead they have started selling afresh. This amounts to cheating. They have also given me an argument that it is not available with the seller. But how can they sell it afresh now. Further I have not purchased the product from any seller instead I have purchased it from SNAPDEAL. So it is their commitment and their responsibility to provide me working replacement of the faulty product send to me. They just cannot wish away their responsibility by CANCELLING MY PRODUCT ORDER TO MY DISADVANTAGE and on their whims and fancies.
I want a full working replacement of both my products.
