Hello, Myself, Ar. Pritesh Jaiswal from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I purchased 1 Year subscription for the “Society Interiors” Magazine(Magna Publishing Co.)On August 30, 2013. Payment made on-line at the same time.(Refer attached on-line order document). I waited for 10-15 days for any updates via email, phone etc. as it was mentioned that the order may take upto 15 days to begin the delivery at my postal address. Meanwhile i tried calling on the given number to talk with company representative, Mr. Rajeev but no response over the phone. I waited further but even after almost 2 months, i received nothing for the magazine or any answer from the company. I kept trying over the phone & on 11 Nov’13 i was able to spoke with Mr. Rajeev. He assured me to immediately post the current & pending magazine issue via bluedart courier service but that did not happen so far. I am very much frustrated from such service. Yesterday i again emailed to Mr. Rajeev but so far no response received.
First of all i want an apology letter from the company for such a long delay & not answering valued customer’s queries. After that if they want to deliver the magazine, it should start with the fresh issue & continue for a year from now as i paid for 1 year subscription. I do not want the previous issues as i had brought them from local vendor. Also if they do not want to implement my order, I want my Money refunded with certain compensation, so that they would be more careful with any future customers
