I am a proprietor of a wholesale medicine firm( Jeevan Jyoti, Bankura,W.B). We use a software called Unisolve, a product from Software India PVT LTD, Jaipur since 2003. The software was purchased by paying full amount. We have not purchased or subscribed to AMC for this year. Now when I am trying to login to the software for my business purpose it is stopping me -with an alert saying that I need to pay AMC charges for this year else I will not be able to login after 30 days.

I have purchased the product then why should the company compel me to buy the AMC. I don’t require any software upgrade this year. I have never heard that Microsoft ever asked for any changes after patch download from any of his windows user.
