Sir, I Purchased Sony Bravia LCD 40 inch KLV 40EX400 and gifted it to my father . Purchased from Digital world AGRA. Dated on 1 July 2011 After 14 month of purchased my LCD faulty No Picture only sound I was repaired it to Sony Authorized service center and paid Rs 2100 Than after 7 Month of repaired Again same problem occur in my LCD than i again repaired it to same sony Authorized service center and paid Rs 900. Than After approx 65 days my LCD again faulty software corrupted again sony service center repaired it . Now after 15 days of last repaired my LCD TV again faulty , i brought it to same service center , and they told me that motherboard of LCD faulty . and new mother board cost is approx Rs 7000. Now sir I realized that it is big mistake of me that i Purchased LCD of sony Brand . During Purchased i Invest approx Rs 51000 and after one year of purchased how i invest nearly Rs 5000 every year. So I requested to you kindly take some step in my case . Still my LCD Faulty . according to service center motherboard of LCD faulty . Kindly resolved my complaint , and also conduct A fitness Test of my LCD and tell me why my television goes Faulty again and again.

Just repaired my Television , by taking responsibility by sony Company Secondly —- Provide me Fitness certificate of My television , and tell me why my television faulty again and again so frequently , I already asked same question regarding frequently fault occur in my television to Sony Customer care many times , but no proper answered provide me……..
