I bought cell phone on 30 September 2012, By that Time I faced the same problem with my cell phone 4 times i.e. it get off and then it don’t get ON while the battery is fully charged. I submitted it in service centre for the issue. When warranty was getting over I informed about it. I sent many mail also for the complain but they didn’t take any serious action, only they assure me that it will not happen again. But on 18 December 2013 after warranty get over I faced the same problem, and now they are charging me for repair. While there is NO problem of battery or something else from my side.
I want replacement of my handset on first priority because its a defected handset problem.Else they return my money so that I buy a new handset.
