Sony Experia Mobile Handset Problem

Dear sir, I have purchased sony experia P mobile from one of sony experia dealer Prakash Music Center,Bhopal on 26-12-2012,After using it i have found the problem of mobile connectivity to computer and laptop,then i went to the shop they sent me to Accel frontline Service Ltd Center, Bhopal,in service center they update the phone software ,but after that when connect the mobile to laptop the problem remain the same,next day again i went to the service center and they said it is manufacturing fault and after my request the give me the DOA to replace the phone,after that i went to the Prakash service center and ask for new mobile he did not provide immediately,and give me at evening. now my new Sony Experia P have a problem of camera.again i went to the shop they again sent to me service center on 29-01-2013 they update software,but the problem remain the same.They said that this is Manufacturing fault.i again went to the service center on 30-01-2013 and request to service center to replace as it is manufacturing fault,but they refuse and said that submit your phone and we will replace your motherboard in 10 to 15 days,but i dont want to repair as it is new handset and it is manufacturing fault,but they refuse to replace,then i talk to Customer care executive Mr.Tilak Parikh and request him to replace but he refuse it. After this i mail to sony india about my problem,from sony mr. Saraft Ali (indore branch) has contacted me on 30-jan-2013 evening,and after his promise that submit the mobile to service center if my problem is not solved in 4-5 days,he will replace my mobile with new one,but after submitting mobile to service center he is not picking phone.

I have submitted my mobile experia p on 31-jan-2013 for repairing/replacement .till date i dont know what is the position of my mobile Sony experia p.My Ticket id-13013101332,Job no-W113013101332,IMEI no.-353722057701304. I have already mail Sony many time regarding this problem but from sony i did not get any reply. I have visited several time to service center,contact several time to Mr Uday(mob:+919977730197) from Accel frontline Ltd Bhopal, Mr.Sarafat Ali, indore(mob:+919039903149), but all of them are not giving satisfactory answer.All of them just moving me round and round. Mr. Sarafat Ali does not pick phone,now i have no trust on him,all the time he just telling lie to me After many mail to sony and sony service head Mr.Alpesh from sony (gujrat) has contacted me on 21-feb-2013 at 11 A.M by mobile,after 22 days of my complaint,he said that My Mobile Experia P has a Technical Problem and if he changed my mobile with new one(Experia P) the problem may come again,so he asked me the option ,then i said that please refund my money and also the compensation of all the losses during this period,then mr. alpesh said that he will discuss with the seniors and contact me in evening. But till date no solution provided by Sony. . Since(26-dec-2012)
