i bought sony laptop worth rs 31240,invoice no p/si0000007001,model no 1513acn.on 28/08/13.by the time i bought this laptop my laptop is not working properly,means its verrrrry slow.i have already complain to costmer care.but i didnt get good responce,i have complain no also(015199473)i m really fed up with this laptop.service center also not giving response to me… please help me.
