I bougt sony xperia-Z on 16.10.13 since then only i am facing lot many issues with the ph like battery,heating and signal issue and also I have swapped 3 hand sts already but still unfortunately this problem still did not resolved. And the worst part is i every time need to call the customer care and visit the service center then also again problem does not get resolved.Every one keep on wasting the customer’s time and make them move like prndulam. I.I have mentally harassed many times by sony ,some times by dealer,service center ,customer care.I have all the profs with me which i will get attached also.Now i would request to get my mony back with all expenses as i hardly get time from my busy schedule which frustrates me like anythings.My current ticked id is 14030703864.

After lot many follow ups and visits i want my money back with all extra expenses.
