Mohit Sachdeva has purchased the so called LED 32″ Sony BRAVIO TV @ Rs.35500/- on cash payment basis on 17.10.2013 from M/S Ashoka International Sector 16, Faridabad, the main dealer of Sony India in Faridabad (Haryabna). I have been given the cash memo for the same. On this cash receipt, Sony LED TV 32″ is clearly written. Even after my repeated enquiry, I was told by the dealer that it is a 100% LED TV. But during installation when the product was taken out from the carton by the technicians of Sony India, I found that on the box, on the TV and even on the operating Manual, LCD TV is written. No where, LED TV is written. Then immediately I lodged the complain about the above fraud to M/S Sony India as well as to Mr. Ravinder Grover of Ashoka International Faridabad, the dealer of Sony India in Faridabad. But till date nothing has been done even after my repeated requests to the dealer as well as to Sony India. I have been cheated by way of giving me LCD TV at the cost of LED TV by M/S Ashoka International,SCO-101, Sector 16 Market, Near IDBI Bank, Faridabad-121002, the main dealer of Sony India in Faridabad. I am having the original Cash Receipt,operating manual and its carton of the same. Whenever asked for the same, I will present the same to your goodself. I am ready to be heard personnaly also.

Please arrange to replace the LCD TV with a new one of Sony LED TV or the refund of extra charges/money which has been charged as LED TV in place of LCD TV by M/S Ashoka International, Sector-16 Market, Faridabad-121002 (Phone 9910107400)
