My laptop’s screen stopped working and there seemed to be some leak in the LCD internally as some liquid spread on the display internally. When I took it to the service center, they took some photographs and sent to a remote place and later classified it as physical damage. There is no physical damage. They are saying this because they will have to provide warranty coverage. I doubt that this is not SONY’s corporate stand on warranty, but local service managers are playing such games. This laptop has to be repaired under warranty.
I want this laptop to be repaired as it normally would be in warranty phase.
