Sony India LED TV – its suddenly stoped vision problem

purchased LED TV from Dubai and it is covered under international warranty. On 13 OCT 2013 its suddenly stoped vision problem occurred. A complained was launched same day to Sonyindia customer care center and they allotted the authorized service center J.P Electronics in Vaishali GZB. Complaint no: 16061217 15 Oct engineer visited and diagnosed that display panel problem and told to mailed the warranty card & invoice copy on service center email id (jp.vaishali.sony@gmail.com cc to sonyindia.care@ap.sony.com for approval from Sony due to internationally purchased TV It took 9 days to take approval after making numerous calls to customer care center & service center. After that these sony person keep waited us by giving excuses that the part has to be import which is taking time as soon as it come wee will take the tv to service center for repair. Suddenly on 09NOV13 when i called up to customer care center for know the status of my complaint and istead of telling me about my complaint status they offered me 25 % discount on purchase of new TV in exchange of this un repaired unit as we are unable to get the spare part for this and when i denayed it so they said we have put a denyed request our service head will contact you soon. And on 19NOV13 received a email & a hard copy mentioning about the same offer. on other day have sent the email denying this offer & cross questioning why this stupid offer is given to me instead to go for tv repair but there is no reply from them till yet.

I want it to be repair as soon as possible or if part is not available they should replace it with new one of same size.
