I have purchased this model on 21 april 2014 along with LED Bravia 48R series.Frankly speaking it was not good experience with Sony this time. 1) I purchased the product on 21 and installation got done on 25 April. SLA is on stake. I want my warranty would be from 25 and 21 april as it is delayed by Sony. 2) The worst part is that I invested 13k in home theatre and 55k in LED and I come to know that I have to purchase audio cable from market. Which is really shocking. I want Sony to arrange that for me. If Sony salesman had told me this I would have never purchased this and could have gone for Samsung and I told him that I would already have gone the samething with far much better service than Sony. Friends of mine have warned me this but inspite of that I had gone for Sony. I will not purchase any wire from market after investing 65k. Its nt matter of just 100 bugs but service and facility. Better I would sell it out as this is totally not expected.
I want they extend the warranty and provide me the cable.
