Sony India – parts of the mobile got damaged automatically within a month

I have purchased a mobile (Sony Xperia Tippo Dual)from Univercell, Sanjaynagar, Bangalore vide invoice no: P.B.SA/2253 dated 14 Oct 2012 for Rs 10715/-. The touch panel and some other parts of the mobile got damaged automatically within a month and I gave the mobile to Numeric communication services, Malleshwaram, Bangalore on 17 Nov 12. Further till date I have given my mobile to same service center 4 times dated 15 Feb 13, 04 May 13, 08 Jun 13 and 05 Oct 13 respectively for the same problems. I have also registered complaint at Sony marketting care (complaint no: 15735833 dated 19 Sep 13) and no action from the authorities have been intiated. Touch panel of the mobile is being replaced once and the problem still persists. Now again the service center officials are saying that they have replaced it again. (Mobile bill, 5 times service job sheet and complaint registered at Sony marketing care is attached)

I don’t want my mobile problems to be rectified any more, but it may be replaced with a new one.
