We have contacted the customer care of Sony India for repairing my mobile phone which is under the warranty period. But they refused to repair under warranty and the reply was that we have to give 80% of the cost of the new set as replacement. They also informed us that they dont give warranty for complaints caused due to the absorption of water,but to contrary they advertise this particular products as water proof mobiles. So i request you to kindly do the needful since i have purchased this mobile for Rs 38000/-.
I want free replacement or full rectification of my mobile free of cost
