I bought Sony Tipo dual Mobile from Sony Authorized store sector 18,noida, i had some problem in phone feature and its repair for which i was been sent to service station repeatedly but problem not sought out, i sent several complaints from my Sony ‘Android phone’ which has its own inbuilt memory that ‘from where the phone has been operating and what are the phones details are’, one day after several complaints i got email that “you contacted Australia service center” (before which the phone automatically send my complaints to Indian center), we cannot help you, kindly contact your country or authorized service center, (for proof) i have the mails that i sent and received in this regard, the company’s service center person Mr. Varun told me that “they can not repair / sought my problem and they are writhing to the company for the same and will also inform me for the same, but neither my phone repaired nor any of mail i got for the same. At last i got frustrated and sold my phone in the open market because i lost my valuable time in pursuing them. Sir, i want necessary action to be taken,(in my case they took 9 months to resolve ) companies dealing with India should obey the rules and give timely services to the customers.
I do not want to use Sony Phones any more, so company should offer me new phone (Nokia/Samsung) equivalent to Sony Tipo’s cost. As now i sold my phone to open market in 4200/- (for 9 month old phone), company should remain me intact of any other cost or repayments.
