Dear Sir Sony Miro ST 23i purchased on 25 feb 2013 from Bhanjanlal Kolkata. Set worked for about 5 hours and was out of order. The same can be verified with the IMEI no 354390057529890. Since we were traveling the set was given for repair on 6th April 2013 Ticket no 13040601463 job no w113040601463 and returned by the dealer on 3rd May 2013 after swap of the mother board with IMEI no 355757052704521. The same was again given back to the service centre on 06.05.2013. According to the sony india xperia service centre the phone shows work in progress and nothing is being done. The Sony helpdesk also tells me that a new swap has been approved. How many more swaps are you going to do on my phone. Is its a phone or a hit and trial exercise on SONY INDIA’s part. Are customers to bear for their incompetence. But on the ground i am still without a phone. Atleast 20 emails have been given to SONY INDIA ticket nos 94969972 94953334 94952825 94952682 All mails have assured escalation of the matter and call back from SONY INDIA but nothing has been done
I demand a New Handset as Soon as Possible.
