Sony mobile – Network Hanging and automatic Restarting issue

I purchased the T2 Ultra dual D5322 model sony mobile on 14.04.14, within two days I started experiencing problems of Network Hanging and automatic Restarting issue. I called up the seller and he said it will be rectified and it just didn’t help me out. Ultimately I had to visit the seller and I was given address of the service center and I handed over the handset on 27th April’14 and they reported to me that its software issue and software was updated and I received the same on 2nd May’14. I took the handset to the Service venue when the problem occurred so that they can identify the issue but on 2nd May I received the serviced mobile. To my dismay again the same issue arose and I called up service center and they advised me to use it and for one more day. Next working day i.e. on 5th May’14, I couldn’t reach service station due to my official commitments and on I took it like before after it got hanged. the problem was not cleared On 6th May’14 handed over the handset and this time I was informed on 12th May’14 that Motherboard has to be replaced and another 15 days it will take.
