Dear Sir I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with Sony India. 1. I deposited my Sony Expedia tablet on 4-09-2014 for rectification at Shastri Nagar Delhi. 2. After repeated persuasion,I was time and again told that it is getting rectified, changing its mother board etc. etc 3. I was repeatedly assured that I will get back my tablet in a weeks time. 4. finally I was asked to deposit Rs 15495 in order to swap my tablet, though it was in warranty. 5.Even that was deposited on 4 oct 2014 but there is no word yet.
they should immediate provide my product, an apology, Rs 5000 per day for non continuance of my work in the absence of product
