Respected Sir, I bought my sony vaio laptop in July 2013.From begining there is a problem of blue dump error I have made several complaint regarding it but Sony India is unable to solve it they are not giving me the proper answer I have mailed the issue to the higher authority but they are not interested in it Now I am so harassed that I am complaining to you

There is a problem of blue dump screen in my laptop suddenly when I am working on my laptop the problem starts your pc ran into a problem we are restarting it the problem is arising since I have purchased my laptop in July 2013 Sony India is not giving me the proper answer regarding the matter
