I had a complain regarding camera of my Sony Xperia ZL whose camera was not working efficiently and I was supposed to receive a new cell but i received a cell whose mike and battery were inefficient,I again submitted and received cell phone whose mike was again not working.

Hello, I had a complain regarding camera of my Sony Xperia ZL and I was supposed to receive a new cell but i received some old or defective piece whose mike was not working and even the battery was inefficient.I again submitted my cell phone and prior to this i was allotted a ticket ID-14071104944 by service support ,I submitted my cell phone and received it back but the mike was still not working.Its the third time my cell is at service center and i will not receive it back before coming week. It has been about one and a half month that my cell phone is at service center only with fake promises and really poor service. I am sorry to inform you that I am really disappointed with this. My cell phone was within warranty and it should be replaced with brand new cell phone and not ALMOST new phone whose basic functionality is not working. I am working lady who is not having cell phone since almost 2 months and it is very inconvenient for me who is not able to access contacts mails etc.
