not fulfilling a commitment i purchased sony xperia (s. no. 356534054734551) invoice no 5883 date 30.10.2013 rs. 20000/- m/s. sk arena pvt ltd mr. samar sayed khan commit me for given screen guard & cover flap regarding commitment he has given not backside of the invoice for which still he not fullfill the commitment i contact many time but he have not provided.
i want suitable punishment to the dealer as well as brand co. sony india and financial reimbursement for me whichever suitable.
