sony xperia Z1 – totally different product sold poor service care centre

my works are mostly depending on camera. Till today i was using Nokia N97 (5 mega pixel). for a better camera i went to purchase sony z1 saying to be 20.7 mega pixel. i called sony customer care to inquire which headset comes in the box with Xperia Z1 , reply was MH-EX300AP( confirmed it twice before purchase). i was the headset on net, it was very good. so i bought and made the payment. when opening the box the head set was totally different from what i was said by cust. care. Details: Brand : sony Model: xperia Z1 price paid : 38,250/- Purchse date: 3/jan/2014 (9:15pm) (my birthday) Sony exclusive showroom: neelam electronics on 4th i call a customer care to complaint about the headset, they asked me go to dealer and let him talk with Cust. care. went to the dealer after there talk the cu. care replied you will have to use what you have got. again called cu.care and asked for supervisor, but they did not transfer to the supervisor. instead each gave the same answer use what came with box. after calling more than 4 times. one executive talked with the senior supervisor mr. Anuj Marve. now the executive says go to the dealer and ask him to talk with senior supervisor mr. Anuj Marve. again went to dealer and called the cu.care i asked the executive to transfer the line to senior supervisor mr. Anuj Marve. but he refused and said to tell the matter. again repeating the story after 15 minutes of time the phone was transferred to senior supervisor mr. Anuj Marve. dealer and supervisor had a talk and then the supervisor gave me the same reply you will have to use what you have got. i even did insert the sim to use the mobile.. i thought to purchase a new headset from the market. on 5th i inserted the sim and just playing with the function. found that the camera resolution ( is very dull compared to even 5 mega pixel (nokia N97) & when operating the camera function the screen start flickering (as if waves are moving inside the screen). so on 6th i went to sony service center for repair. they collected the phone. and on 7th afternoon i went to pick the mobile. they just upgrade the software, i checked the camera but still the camera focus and resolution were not according to what they have specified. when i said the problem is still there. they said dont compare with you mobile, i said if i dont get good resolution then my 4-5 year old mobile, then what is the use of buying such expensive mobile. Mr. mukesh maro say bring another Z1 and compare it with that. the argument went deep and then i just took same picture from my NOKIA N97 (5 mega pixel) and then Sony xperia z1. all the customer present over there agreed with the difference and result with the camera of z1. but still no one from the service center agreed. after that Mr. Gaurav patel came and said to mr. sailesh just book a complaint, give job sheet and return the mobile mentioning “no problem found”. this was the shocking answer. they just did not wanted

i think i should not continue with this sony because with in 3 days of time if they react in this way, what will he doing with others who have complain after one months Better is to give the mobile back and get a refund. ( the is only used for 1 day)….
