i have purchased one geyser of kenstar from nitin traider faridabad on 09/10/2009. bill no. is 015 . invoice value is 5400. on 4/02/2010 we found big noise from the geyser after that i have complained to the kenstar customer care but no reply has come from the company till the date. customer complain no. is 0502100220 as on 05/02/2010. please do the needful.because after ending of winter season there is no use of geyser. pls cooperate and oblige me. thank you.
