Hi, My name is Samiksha Gupta and need your help. In 2012, I was booked a plot by Space Land Infra Company, Indore and given one lakh booking amount as token of advance. After 8 months he said due to some reason we are unable to give the plot and will refund the amount. From last 5 months we are following up with the company but still they didnt refund the amount. Recently they issued the cheque which bounced. After cheque bounced, I have given the legal notice but did not get any response from him Please help me.
