Dear Sir/Madam, My speed post(register parcel) was sent from Tamil nadu trichy – 620021 on 2.4.14 parcel weight is 2510grams (content – new adidas shoe worth 1889rs, new belt – 700rs boost and amulya all in same box)it is said that i will reach in 4days. when i received call from pokaran post office on 9.4.14. i went and recieved parcel and checked, my shoe and belt is stolen. i enquired post office, they responded that they are not responsible for the loss. i Checked the parcel weight it is 1190grams which is low and not as sent. that new shoes i have bought from flipkart and reached home safely which i got conformation from my family. kindly take this issue and provide me solution of my loss. We are belive this postal system and sending material all over india. This kind of action and carelessness hurting/disappointing a LOT, Sir there is no proper updation of the tracking system, its not serving of its purpose.
