while making payment air flight booking from Mumbai to Jammu (on 7th Jan’14), at first time after entire process of payment through online, there was error shown as the transaction didn’t proceeded. later on, i again made payment and then transaction was successful (PNR-S77IGZ). but after seeing my bank account, my Kotak Mahindra Bank account (Bank account no.06580060002246) was debited twice instead once.(Transaction nos. of bank are PG-0014134344 and PG-0014134374 ) i received booking details from airlines once. and hence it shows for one transaction my account got debited twice.
My bank account is debited twice flight ticket was 17,505/- and the same is loss to me. i have been trying to follow up with airline but there is no proper feedback i am getting. complaint no. is 278778 filled with spice jet. for your reference attaching herewith ticket copy and my bank statement copy.
i want your honourable forum to do the needful and get my excess money back from Spice jet.
