I have booked tickets from Madurai to Mumbai on 11.02.2014 for travel date 26.04.2014.Flight was to depart from Madurai @ 6.40 pm.the airline informed us on 18.04.2014 that the flight has been discontinued and they provided us another flight which was @ 4.35 pm from Madurai to Hyderabad and then another flight from HBD to Mumbai @ 8.15pm.this much End moment changes in flight misbalanced our entire trip’s plan and caused us wasting 6hrs on flight instead of 3 hrs in earlier flight.and early departure from madurai resulted in cancellation of one of our important work.we were four people.when I booked these tickets,one ticket I booked erroneously in another flight of Spice Jet for same day,at the same moment when I called for modifications,they charged me 1500.00rs.
I want the Compensation for the inconvenience caused to us on the same line ,when airine changes from customers on modifications. and the penalty for SpiceJet,because for their profits they dont bother about customers.I hope I’ll get some Justice on this. OuR PNR nos are-CC7VGH,N3RR4S,G6D5VM,V3F9WY
