Dear Sir. My name is Mehul Patel from Baroda I have booked flight from Ahmedabad to Port Blair for 4 tickets of my family via Yatra.com in spicejet airlines. Travel date was 18th Dec to 24th Dec But on 9th Dec i got message from spicejet that your flight is cancelled for operational issue and because of financial problem around 1800 and more flights were cancelled in only December month. It is already one and half month gone i have not get any money. My total booking amount is around Rs 54000 I have called so many times to Spicejet and Yatra.com but each and every time they told to me to wait futher 7 to 10 days but after waiting they are giving me same message of wait further. As per commitment from Spicejet and Yatra.com i want my money back as soon as possible that is Rs 54000.. If we cancel flight than thay charge cancellation fees but thay have cancelled my flight so what will be penalty for Airlines……
