I have booked a flight ticket of Spice Jet through Make My Trip web site for Jaipur Guwahati Jaipur and due to their own reasons they cancelled the flight but no response has been given to me as they cancelled sector not the complete flight and it is responsibility of Spice Jet to provide alternative nothing was intimated to me in written i only contacted the Make My trip neither Spice Jet nor Make My Trip has contacted me to provide the services.

5200 (Fare Difference of new flight) + mental stress + interest (As they didn’t refunded amount immediately after cancellation it took more than 9 days for remittance Is this is not the responsibility of the Spice Jet to send an e-mail and contact to the customer ? Is this is not the responsibility to inform the customer for the alternatives ? No correspondence has been made from Spice Jet to me ? No customer care nos. was working ? I tried more than 1000 times to contact to confirm whether the flight is cancelled or not no response has been given from them…… And due to that the air fare raises and i had to book the new ticket in higher price.
