The complaint is reg. the refund claimed for the travelled through spice jet on 25-Nov-2013 for the PNR O3SM9S where I had cancelled the ticket for passenger Master Dakshesh Vikram Mali on 12th Nov and also had called the next day to confirm the same. Now when I call to check the status of refund I come to know the ticket was not cancelled. So I request help from you guys to get my refund money.

We would like you assistant for the claimed refund amount to be received at the earliest. We have already spoken with spice jet, but have received no help to settle the refund.
